Our story
The firm
Our practice covers corporate and commercial law, mining, oil and gas, insolvency and restructuring, medical law, foreign direct investment, immigration and nationality, property law, and litigation and ADR.
Our clients include investors entering Ghana, established local businesses, companies in financial difficulty, healthcare practitioners and institutions, and individuals dealing with land, residence or citizenship. We take the time to understand each client’s objectives and the industry they operate in. We then give advice that is clear, practical and ready to act on.
We also follow legal, economic and regulatory developments in Ghana and abroad. Our clients can rely on advice that reflects the current law and anticipates the changes that may affect them.
Leadership
The firm is led by its Managing Partner, Dr. Samuel Boadi Adarkwah. He holds a Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.) from Cornell Law School, Ithaca, New York, USA.
